I am putting together a site where an administrator can create a post, lets say to present a new product or idea.
The concept is to allow pre approved users (Subscriber Role) to comment on the idea and provide a five star rating score.
So the five star score reflects the commenter opinion of the Post, not the opinion of the comment.
The essential ingredient is that I only want the user who CREATED the comment to be able to provide that rating.
