Hi mini, thanks for your response. I checked for that, and single.php is there. Any idea what else it could be? Thank you 🙂

try resetting your permalinks. JUst visit the permalinks page and click save

That’s the funny thing. In the permalinks it doesn’t even show “passionforthepalate/blog/?p=123″

    It shows this: http://cl.ly/2B132h1x0E3B1W3v3v2M

THen my next guess would be that something has gone wrong with your actual settings.

How do the URLs look in settings->general?

OK, so you have 2 sites correct? 2 different installs?

Is the /blog one supposed to run from /blog, or from root? (Like just passionforthepalate.com?)

Because /blog is not in the site address url in that screenshot. Which means it is supposed to run from root. Which would require some special setup (like moving index.php from /blog to root, and editing it a bit)

Hmmm… ok just to get one thing clear, and I apologize if this seems like a noob question. I have not messed with wordpress often.

Where it says Site URL… it says “Enter the address here if you want your site homepage to be different from the directory you installed WordPress.”

… so this is not referring to the main homepage, this is referring to the blog’s home, no? If that’s the case, then problem solved and I feel stupid…

Thanks Voodoo for your patience and help. I really appreciate it and hope I didn’t waste too much of your time 🙁 *hug*

may be helpful in understanding the URL, and changing it if need be. A lot of people make the mistake of editing that URL. Depending on your goals, there are certain processes to follow.

Thanks Voodoo 😀 I’ll definitely read it
