3.2 Upgrade for Multi Site Creates Site Admin Issues

After completing the automated network upgrade, I am only able to access the Dashboard for my master site. I cannot access any admin functions for any of my other sites. I shut down all plugins, which did not help. I also performed a clean install, including changes to wp-config and .htaccess, as instructed in the installation guidelines. Still, whenever I try to get to the Dashboard for a subordinate site I get an internal 500 error, if anything. Is there an existing thread that addresses this issue?
