Error message held as custom field entry on file upload

    Hi Otto,

    If you upload a file and there’s an error – it keeps this error message in the database as the custom field entry, to clear it you have to go in and delete it directly in the database.

    This may be because wp debug is set to true, i haven’t fully tested it, just wanted to let you know about this bug.
