Need Some simple support, can't get the plugin to work

Hi,
I’m not able to get this plugin to work for me for some reason. I’m uploading the photos and inserting a gallery, but for some reason the plugin will not work. I’m placing the short code [gallery] into my pages, but I’m getting odd sizes.

In my settings, in the gallery option, I have the first option clicked.

Do I need to load the pictures one by one and use a class in the image tag? I’ve disabled all other plugins, and I’ve spoken with the developers of the theme and they say it should be working.

Any help would be great.
