6.04 Does Not Fix Display Issue

    My photo page using the plugin has been working until I was forced to fix my site due to error from an errant plugin. But in reactivating and updating the Smash Ballon plugin, I can see my Instagram page link, but not the images themselves.

    I have read about making sure that I have the 6.03 update, but I have version 6.04. The directions are hard to read due my my vision, so it’s a bit frustrating to work with and I could use some step-by-step instructions that I can follow that will fix this issue.

    Hi @velanche,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. It looks like the JavaScript file for the Instagram plugin is not being loaded on your page. Please try going to WordPress DashBoard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced, enable AJAX theme loading fix, and then click Save Changes.

    If this doesn’t resolve the problem, please check this guide to check if the issue is related to your theme.

    Thanks so very much for getting back to me on resolving this issue. I am as delighted as can be to share with you that the AJAX fix, indeed, fixed the issue; the IG images have reappeared.
