[Plugin: Add Clone Sites for WPMU (batch)] Multi-DB?

Having some trouble with Multi-DB (I think). Have you tried the plugin with a Multi-DB setup?

Specifically, I think the issues start around $result = $wpdb->query( "CREATE TABLE $new_table LIKE $old_table[0]" );

No tables are being created.

Any info you can provide up would be appreciated.
