Need Help–News Scroller Issue

I need some help with trying to add a newsscroller for a new page. I modified this scroller from another to work with RSS and show the story thumbnail pic.

There seems to be some CSS issue (which I’ve pasted below) that’s pushing the background and news text to the right. Just wondered if anyone might have some ideas on how I could go about fixing this.
