    Getting fatal error on update: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _recaptcha_qsencode() (previously declared in html/wp-content/plugins/wp-recaptcha/recaptchalib.php:47) html/wp-content/plugins/wp-security-scan/recaptchalib.php on line 55”

    How can I update this plugin when I cannot now access my Dashboard?

    Hello, Zetaphine!

    You can always delete the plug-in directory from your site using an ftp client (ex: filezilla) and then log back in to your dashboard and re-install it.
