Creating a text widget including a logo

Hi there,

I’m trying to create a text widget similar to the ones I already have in my blog:

Unlike the ones I’ve created before, the image source is an image file (gif, jpg) in my computer. This is what I’ve done so far, using localhost to experiment before launching it for real, but it doesn’t seem to work:

I also used the file address in my computer D:\Documents and Setting\ etc. but it didn’t work, either.
