How to show labels in the post for a custom post type

I created some custom post types. I added labels to the custom post types, such as date, location, time, etc. When I call these custom post types and show them on a page, I want to call the labels too. I could do this with the custom post type UI plugin, but haven’t figured it out with the manual coding method. How would I get my labels to appear in my actual posts?
