CSS has ../ after cdn url, before file name | WordPress.org

In the minified/combined CSS, I’m getting all broken images with urls like this:

http://myCDNurl.com/wp-content/themes/mytheme/js/prettyPhoto3/css/../images/prettyPhoto/light_rounded/sprite.png

Tried setting ‘Use absolute path’ on and off.

Almost the same with thumbnails images on Amazon S3.

It create a “.” folder to upload all thumbnails …

I also tried “use absolute path” : nothing changed :\
