Lots of issues with the update

I updated to the 2.0 version of this plugin and am having a lot of issues. Google +1 button is not showing up in the inline buttons at the top. All of the buttons are having an issue on the posts in my blog. I have to make all of them compact and to the right just to make it halfway decent or they will be falling off the page. The ‘call to action’ box is completely blank (no buttons or text). I can change the background and borders just fine but there is nothing else whatsoever.
All of these issues are universal with all of my posts. Please advise.
