The basic issue is http://www.stitchkingdom.com/feed is blank. 100%. I’ve used feed validator to confirm this.

I’m currently on 3.13, but have had this problem a few times in the past on previous 3.x versions. Usually, disabling plug-ins and re-enabling them systematically appeared to have resolved it. Not this time. Here’s a rundown of what I’ve tried:

    * disabling all plug-ins does not fix it
    * reinstalling 3.13 does not fix it (see below for MU notation)
    * installing RSS plug-ins like feed-fix and super RSS does not solve it
    * repairing the tables in phpMyAdmin did not help
    * altering RSS feed size in read options did not help

Where it gets particularly weird is that when I first realized it was broken, I found out that http://www.stitchkingdom.com?feed=rss seemed to work so I simply put a redirect bandaid in .htaccess to redirect http://www.stitchkingdom.com/feed to http://www.stitchkingdom.com?feed=rss. This actually appeared to work until I decided to try cloudflare.com and then I found out that the feed wouldn’t load due to a ‘loop’ as per Firefox. Subsequently I have tried getting off of cloudflare until I can get the basic problem resolved.

It’s also important to note that this is a MU environment and other domains are not having this problem. http://disneycomics.net/feed/ for example appears to work fine as do other domains on it.

I’m at my wits end with this. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

And I don’t mean to bump this, but I don’t see an edit and I realized there was one fundamental thing I didn’t try either, which is changing themes.

So what I did was take the domain which does work and give it the theme of the domain that’s not working and its feed still works.

UPDATE: Solved it. I had Advanced Permalinks plugin active since I had changed my permalink structure recently and it’s been a trusty way to handle it, but I decided I no longer wanted it so I went to deactivate it and couldn’t find it in my plugins list, so I deleted the folder and that seemed to do the trick.
