Post DATE encoding problem

    Hi there b&g’s!
    I hope this is the right place to post my question.
    Could somebody tell me why does my wp site cannot display the full date (month/day names) with correctly while using Greek? I am using qTranslate. Everything else like titles, text etc are shown correctly in Greek except day/month names. I ‘ve tried all encodings on my Browser but question-marks still appears instead of gr chars.

    Here are my SQL server/db collation settings:
