sidebar

The sidebar on my homepage and archives look fine but when I go to the permalink page, my sidebar gets sent to the bottom of the post. It’s not in the sidebar anymore. My permalink structure is /%category%/%postname%/ but I don’t think that would make a difference.

I am using “add text” widgets for an ad and javascript sign up form in the sidebar but I don’t think that is a problem since the sidebar looks good on the homepage and archives.

Can somebody help?
