Removing the blog section from one page

I am a brand new user of Word Press (since yesterday!) and would appreciate some assistance, please.

Our web site (http://www.integratedtechnologiesaustralia.com.au) currently displays blog links on the right hand side of every page. From all that I have read about WP I believe this is probably configured in the theme or default template.

I need to create a simple contact page without the blog navigation pane for access from mobile devices. Is is possible to create a custom template that excludes the blog info?
