WordPress site publishing all my content via RSS feed

Hi,

The WordPress.org site called http://divorce.enviro-rides.com is publishing every article I write, word for word. They’re taking articles directly from my RSS feed and posting them on their site.

I recently put a “summary only” on my RSS feed stating that my readers have to go to my blog to read the full article because of content theft and scraper sites. Now, the offending site publishes that message, too! http://divorce.enviro-rides.com/?p=779

To date, this site has published 70 of my articles. Can WordPress do anything about this — perhaps by taking down the site?

They’ve been stealing my articles — and other bloggers’ posts — since February. Can WordPress do anything about this?

There’s no contact information on the site, and when I ask them to stop in the comments section, they just ignore me.
