Uploaded files – no form or WP-Phpbb-Settings option

ok, here is a screenshot that shows my issue:

I dunno what’s next as there is no Wp phpBB Bridge option in the menu as in this image of yours:

ok, i activated it before you posted and, without thinking, activated the bridge at the same time to get the mysql errors.

On the old plugin by Jason Sanborn I did the same thing and there was a way to go into the mysql database and remove the plugin info from the database to start over, but I can not longer find what to remove.

Do you know what I need to remove the the mysql to start over?

The second I hit “activate bridge” the thought popped into my head.. “Oh no… forgot to activate users!”

Edit – The more I think about it, there wasn’t anything to remove from the MySQL but there was something to change the values so that it was no longer running the bridge
