Option to Hide Canonical on Pages

Hello,

Thanks Yoast for creating all your great plugins.

I’d like to make a feature request on the edit pages area on WordPress SEO. We use a custom page system and on some pages we would like to have the ability to hide the canonical tag for that specific page so we can insert our own canonical tag.

I’ve added a hack in our latest version but I’d like to know if it would be possible to add it into the official version so we can keep up with updates.
