Error Message when I post topic on forum for Buddypress Ver.1.2.8

Hi,
I have just noticed that I am having a problem when creating new topics in Group forums. I am getting this error: There was an error when creating the topic.

I tried to reinstall the buddypress forum in a new installation site, and when that didn’t fix the issue I reinstalled in previous hoping it worked a bug out. No such luck.   
I can add posts within groups joined but that is all. 
I want to build a social community at: http://www.ellefactor.co 
so I need to fix this problem.
