What do WordPress users want from a Host

I would like to hear from WordPress forum users what the Top Most Important Points are From Web Hosts As I am trying to design the perfect hosting Package Just For WordPress Users.

I have always hated the ambiguity from hosting Companies So I became a Ressellor To host my own websites and Its been getting to the point where I am fine tuning please help by adding to this thread.
