    Im completely new to wordpress, i originally had my website designed for me but realized I shouldve just took the time to learn wordpress….I have bought books on wordpress and everything but I am somewhat overwhelmed by the whole process…I have my website hosted by hostgator right now and im trying to get this process started….any suggestions? or anyway someone can help?

    It takes some time at start, but later on you’ll be “flying” ;).

    I sure hope soo! Because all I see is japanese letters lol…..the html confuses me =(

    HostGator provides an auto-installer called QuickInstall

    WordPress is included in the list of supported programs.

    It says on the page that I’ve linked to above that QuickInstall is just like Fantastico. I’ve never used QuickInstall, but my host provides Fantastico & it was dead easy using it to install WordPress.
