cjultra outgoing traffic to link partners problem

Hi Guys,

I want to use http://www.cjultra.com/ for my blog to see how much traffic is going out to linkpartners.
The problem is, when I put in a link, I have to put it in like this /out.php?url=http://….

But I cannot do that in the add link section. I assume more people have this same problem?
