Center Menu in Tweaker3

    Good morning,
    I have Googled and searched WordPress.org for answers to this question with no luck. Save my hair from being pulled out of my head and please help!

    I want the menu to be centered first of all, and moved up a bit to cover the logo. I’ve messed w/ margins, alignments, and positions but no luck.

    If that’s an easy fix and you have a few seconds to answer me this, how would I move the description below the menu so it looks like this:
