Problems with WordPress in IE

I wrote a similar thread before but had no answer, now I have even more problems. The main problem is that in IE or Maxthon I can’t see the scroll bar in the admin field but it works in Firefox. Now I noticed that my new post looks ok but the older (before 2.0) posts have bigger letters in IE. In Firefox it is allright.

The links (menu) on the right side are also bigger in IE but are allright in Firefox.
