MySql – 1 million dollar question

    Hello, I’ve a question for the use of database in WP. I’ve a hosting service that provide sql modules that can be bought. each module is made of 5 mysql DB of 10 mb each. What will happen if I fill the DB 1? Can I append an empty DB 2 to continue posting?

    No, you cannot append.
    If you run no stats plugins, and you take care of any other plugins then 10meg should last some time.
    But for the cost of these modeuls you might be better to move to a proper host ?

    I like my host quite a lot — Lunarpages, if you care to know. For my monthly $7.95 I get one gig of storage space that I can use completely for MySQL databases, if I so desire.

    This is not an ad, of course… just a recommendation that many hosts don’t sell by physical modules, but rather storage space. For my money that’s the better option.
