Evanescene Theme Error message

    Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/debmjj2/public_html/wp-content/themes/evanescence/functions.php on line 4

    I have been receiving this error message which completely blocks me out of my blog….

    Where did you download the theme from? The one from the Theme Directory on here?

    Just upgraded wordpress to 3.3 on a test site using this theme. The WordPress top menu doesn’t position correctly at the top, it appears at the level of the search bar on this theme.

    Of course, no-one will be able to see the problem on the site that I specified as no-one can log-in except me. Doh!
