    The plugin does not show up in the Plugins list in admin. Therefore, you cannot uninstall it directly from admin without having to do so through FTP and it makes for a difficult time to troubleshoot when you run into problems.

  • I recreated your issue on the first try. The plugin has nested directories. When you extract it you end up with this;

    /relative-image-urls/relative-image-urls/relative-image-urls.php

    instead of this;

    /relative-image-urls/relative-image-urls.php

    That’s probably the issue with the lack of visibility in the plugin list.
