Where has it all gone in WP multsite wp 3.1.2 please

I highly regret that i ever tested out setting up this inane multisite feature.

Now, my regular WP menus are limited to some minimalist stuff, if i click on Theses i only see their description but no Theme settings page or link to it, i just installed a plugin, and it is activated, but there is nowhere any of the plugins settings links / pages in sight anymore, where on earth (or in WP “heaven” can i please find all the much needed settings pages and all the other classical WP menus and functions again??

I find this the worse ever WordPress negative surprise, should we really have to start to go to universities before we can handle wordpress mu??
