Get a list of existing menus

Hi guys,

I’m working on a plugin which allows user to assign menus to specific pages.
However, at the moment I’m unable to find a simple way to list all existing menus (in order to simply assign them to pages).

Any ideas if/how this can be done ?

Also any comments on the plugin idea would be appreciated
