    Hi there,
I have nearly completed what I planned, which is a free image library where people can search on keywords and download images from the search result via a shopping cart.

I have used nextGEN gallery as it has many amazing features like batch upload and it also grabbed the keywords from the images which is fantastic!
As a shopping cart I am using wp-eStore which is a great plugin to send encrypted download links and set up a choice of different resolutions.
I need to add a “[shortcode]” in the description brackets of the images to display the eStore “Add to cart buttons”

The problem is that I am using nextGEN search engine and when I got the search results this “[shortcode]” is what I can see instead of the “Add to cart” buttons.

I have posted on the eStore forum too and they suggested to have a look here if somebody might came up with a solution to add WordPress shortcode filtering on nextGENs search result.
I hope all these make sense.

Any help is very much appreciated.

    Many thanks

    perren

  • Hi there!
I too have the exact same problem. Did you solve it? I have been searching both forums for some answerers but come up empty.
In the nggsearch.php I have put the wp-eStore as the template, but still just seeing the code [wp_eStore:product….]
It feels like I’m missing something. Have someone using both NGG and eStore manage to make this work? Please let us know.

    Thanks!
