[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] add support for custom cdn urls for ssl (or disable cdn on ssl pages)

i am using the current development version of the plugin with nginx and it works great.

i recently made some updates on my site that require me to use ssl, is it possible to get one of either of these features added in:

support for custom url for cdn when ssl enabled/detected
support for disabling cdn on ssl pages
