[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] Mobile Switcher

When clicking on the “Revert to the Mobile Site” link I get nothing but a blue screen. My host says that I need to create a subdomain for the mobile address (“m.***.com”) then install an index folder in that subdomain. Is this correct?
