how to fix "page" for front page?

how to fix “page” for front page?
for example i show post in blog page + posts in the front page

when i navigate to different page in blog page it’s okay
example url “http://smart4fun.com/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%86%D8%A9/page/2/”

but i when do the same but with the front page i get 404 error
http://smart4fun.com/page/2

i guess it’s theme problem but dunno how to fix
