Could this be caused by the error 3.1.1 wrong version they put out?
No. Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Ok so this is what I tried to do now:
1. Changed the theme to twenty Ten.
2. Changed my plugins to plugins.hold and created a enpty plugins dir. In the admin all plugins is empty.
3. Looked at my page, I still don´t get any comment box to write comments to my posts, but the “comment closed” writing witch I saw before is gone…
So I´m still not quite there it seams… any other suggestions?
It should theoretically work at this point?

I really don’t understand what can have happened.. I have other domains running wordpress aswell, but with fewer plugins though, but they are working fine..
Check whether you are automatically closing comments after x days in Settings->Discussion.
