    I have loaded WordPress up on my computer using MSweb platform. I want to use network. I have changed the wp-config and it is recognised but when I try to do something with it I get a message.
    error you cannot install a network of sites with your server address. my local host is
    localhost:11762

    Can some smart person help me here please
