using calendar for specific category archive

    I want to use the wordpress 1.5.2 calendar function, but only on a particular category archive for which I am using a different sidebar to all the other categories. I can get the calendar to display on the sidebar, but obviously by default it works for the entire blog not just for the category.

    The wordpress codex doesn’t mention any parameters that would help, does anyone have a suggestion?
