Update went awry, can't access blog or dashboard

    Last night I saw I should update my wordpress so I did. Then it went white and before it finished it said I had an error. Now I can’t get I to my dashboard or blog.

    It says:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function _fill_user() in /home/andreadozier/andreadozier.com/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 199
