Page links bleed into header

Hello,

I’m having this issue with my header and it only seems to be happening in IE.

I’ve emailed the template author several times but still has not gotten back to me with an answer. So hoping someone here can give me some direction here.

My page links hover over my header. Sometimes it will correct itself when you refresh or change the page and sometimes not.

Any ideas what may be causing it and how to fix it!
