[Plugin: Register Plus] virus in the plugin

    I uploaded the files, as soon as I activated it, my wp-admin page went blank and i couldn’t get to anything. I deleted the register plus folder from my server and all is well again.

    If you look at the plugin, it is only compatible up to WP 2.6. Most likely it is an incompatibility between the plugin and the newer version of WP that you are likely running which resulted in your white page. Turning on debug might help you resolve the issue.

    Suggesting that it is a virus is kind of irresponsible.
