• If someone is on PHP4 and installs this theme, the Menu selection under Appearance header causes the server to crash with error 500. I’m on 1and1 hosting, soon as i added “AddType x-mapp-php5 .php” to my .htaccess for PHP5 processing and all is well.

    I don’t notice anything on the themes download page that stated requiring PHP5 for full functionality.

  • I don’t believe that it is required to display notifications regarding PHP requirements in the Theme Repository. That’s not to say that I wouldn’t do so (if only out of politeness) but it’s not mandatory. However you will need PHP 5 to use WP 3.2, so now would be a good time to sort that out.
