Title says it all. Works like a charm but.. can’t select which plugin I want to edit!
Kinda kills the purpose of this plugin.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this functionality not here yet? because the code-editor takes the top plugin (in alphabetical order) and displays it, but I can’t switch to any other.

  • Same here,

Really nice plugin but can’t select which plugin to edit either.

This is the only complain I have also. Same issue but including being able to switch between themes. Nice plug!

I have the same issue, but I found a workaround – you can access any plugin via plugin list, by clicking the edit link there. I guess the same should work for themes, too.

This was annoying the hell out of me, too! Here’s a quick hack that will bring back the dropdown:

    1. Either disable the WP Code Editor Plus plugin and use the default plugin editor or FTP into your site.
    2. Open plugins/wp-code-editor-plus/lib/style.css
    3. Line #2 should read .fileedit-sub, p.submit { display: none; }. Delete this line.
    4. Save the file and re-activate the plugin if you deactivated it.

    Cheers!

@kurotsuto: thanks for the update and watching my back.
@aurimas: love the out of the box thinking

I have updated this in the plugin as well as made it “windowized” — sorry about the issues guys.

@ringzer0: No worries, my man – thanks for bailing me out of a few last-minute edits with an excellent plugin 😉
