Yes, it’s a pity 😉 Just it’s a lot customizable. If you want, you can alter CSS and templates to create something, that suits you.

I’m only a programmer, not a designer. I would gladly accept any design from somebody as a donation, but this addon does not bring me money at all let alone money enough to pay for professional design services.

    Thank you for your answer.

I know that you can hack colors with your plugin somehow.

But the fact remains that other highlighters offer brushes and layouts and yours doesn’t.

I know. Just no donations came to me yet 😉 So, no money to spend to pay designer to do some beauty.

It’s not about designing. There are already brushes for GeShi etc…

    Why don’t you implement these?

And built-in brushes and themes won’t hurt the donation situation. I guess the opposite would be the case.

    Why don’t you implement these?

@knn: Why don’t you design something and donate it to the plugin?

2knn: I don’t understand what brushes you are talking about. Geshi can use CSS to render syntax highlighting and that’s completely customizable by the user in my plugin.

@esmi (((“Why don’t you design something and donate it to the plugin?”)))

Why should I? I use “SyntaxHighlighter Evolved” and a self-modified version of “SyntaxHL Editor”.

    Well, good luck then 😉
