Double Hyperlink After Changing Directories

I wanted to move a site I’m working on to the .com.

So, iamjustingray.com/site/ becomes iamjustingray.com

However, when I follow the steps here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory (which I have done many times) I get this address in the address bar:

http://iamjustingray.com/site/#/http://iamjustingray.com/

WTF?

All 3 index.php match my other blogs, which is why I’m confused! Why is this happening? I have a redirect html index page up there now but would like to get this figured out!
