Error on WP 2.0 Photo Uploads

My uploads folder is defaulting to December 2005 still, and new uploads, though going into the correct January 2006 folder, are now showing up because of this.

Also, all of the sudden I am getting this error evertime I load a picture (and then I have to scroll down to see the pictures).

“Warning: strtotime() [function.strtotime]: Called with an empty time parameter. in /home/.geekie/defining/definingdavid.com/wp-includes/template-functions-links.php on line 53”

Can anybody help me or tell me what’s wrong with this?
