Sidebar not working on IE8 – one more!

Here I am, one more user seeing that my sidebar works fine for Firefox, but goes to the bottom of the page on Internet Explorer. After days of searching and trying, I decided to post it here.

My site is installed at http://www.parquesepracasdecuritiba.com.br/wordpress/ (it will be moved to the root directory when all content is filled up).

This is happening in all pages, so I believe it should be a CSS problem, as far as I understand. My theme (Real Estate Clean) has two sidebars. The right sidebar comes to the bottom, when viewed in IE8. Curiously, my contact page shows the right sidebar below the contact form, not below the left sidebar as in the others.

My initial and English pages do not have maps or photos, so I understand the problem is not with photo/map size.

Also, the text in the footer shows up in a wrong position in IE8. It is positioned right when viewed in Firefox.
