[Plugin: Restrict Categories] Worked and then did not

    Hmm, not sure what happened. This was working initially on a test site.

    We installed a second time on a fresh site with some additional plugins and it was not working there.

    Disabled all other plugins, did a re-install of this and still not working on site 2 (while keeping all other plugins disabled.

    Then went back to check the original test site and it is suddenly not working on there either.
