[Plugin: Author Avatars List] New Author Av Won't Show on Main site of Multisite NW

    A new author avatar won’t show on the Author Av List widget on my main site of my multisite network, unless I’m logged in or I turn off WP-Super Cache plugin. It does show on sub-sites without logging in or turning off Super Cache. Its my first new author since the WP 3.1 upgrade, so that makes me suspicious of 3.1. Any ideas?

    Sounds like it might be a caching problem; As far as I know WP-SuperCache generates static html files for all pages which are served for anonymous users (i.e. you when you’re not logged in). I’m only guessing but if your authors page is cached and then you create a new user, it won’t show up in the cached version of course… so see if clearing the cache fixes things.

    Clearing the cache didn’t fix it. I’m working with my paid tech forum on the problem, I’ll keep you posted. Meanwhile, if you think of anything in the plugin that would result in this behavior, please let me know.
