Social media buttons under posts

    Hi!

    I was wondering if it is possible to have social media buttons underneath my posts, in line with the comment-link. It works if I install some plugins like Simple Facebook Connect and Simple Twitter Connect and add the button code to the source of my theme.

    Example: http://test.stefprein.com/

    The only problem is that the buttons on my homepage don’t point to the posts, but to the page as a whole. It works on the “single” page, though. Is there a solution for that?

    I need to make a little correction here… The buttons don’t point to the homepage as a whole, but only to the first post.

    And I only used SFC for the recommend button. The FB share and Twitter tweet button are hard coded links.
